How do I make a return?


  • 1. Make sure all the products are in undamaged original state and in the original package, before packing them for shipment.
  • 2. From My account:
    • -   Click on « Returns » then « manage returns » choose concerning order
    • -   Click on « New return request »
    • -   Then check the items you wish to return
    • -   Give the quantity and reason for return. Confirm
  • 3. Print the return form, place the top of the form inside the parcel and stick the bottom part on the outside of the parcel, together with the return address. The order number must be visible on the outside of the parcel to avoid a delay in processing your return.

  • 4. Post the parcel and keep the receipt of delivery and tracking number for your records and proof of delivery. 
  • Things to remember:
  • Please note that this return form doesn't allow for a free return, these costs are for the customer.
  • The customer has 14 days after reception of the parcel to file a return request, then another 14 days to send the parcel. Returns out of this period will not be accepted.
  • If returning two orders in the same box, place the barcode of each order on the outside of the package.
