How do I make a return?


  • 1. Make sure all the products are in undamaged original state and in the original package, before packing them for shipment.
  • 2. From My account:
    • -   Click on « Returns » then « manage returns » choose concerning order
    • -   Click on « New return request »
    • -   Then check the items you wish to return
    • -   Give the quantity and reason for return. Confirm
  • 3. Print the return form* and stick the bottom part on the parcel, together with the return address.

  • 4. Return your parcel and keep the receipt of the post office, until you received the refund. This is your proof that you have sent it to us. We will reimburse you or send an exchange upon receipt.
  • *Please note that this return form doesn't allow for a free return, these costs are for the customer. If returning two orders in the same box, place the barcode of each order on the outside of the package.
